2. Cancellations by Clients

  • If cancellation is made within the notice period, we may offer a reschedule or partial refund at our discretion.

  • Cancellations made after the notice period, or missed sessions without notice, are non-refundable.

3. Cancellations by GCC Ecommerce Limited
If we need to cancel or reschedule a session for any reason, we will notify you promptly and provide either:

  • An alternative date, or

  • A full refund if we are unable to deliver the service.

4. Non-Refundable Services
Due to the customized nature of consulting, services already delivered (or in progress) are non-refundable.
